The Challenge

Livingston Community Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing primary and preventative outpatient services while working to meet community initiatives for underserved populations in Merced and Stanislaus counties.  AC&C joined with Livingston Community Health to develop campaign work aimed at building brand reputation and affinity within the community and increasing reach in service areas. Over the last several years, the creative platform we constructed has scaled to support their 50th Anniversary celebration, encourage patients to return for care during COVID-19, and promote the openings of service centers and medical offices.

The Solution

We developed a diverse, multi-layered media mix inclusive of digital and traditional tactics in order to reach the broad target audience with multiple touchpoints where they are consuming media. This allowed for higher-fidelity awareness-building tactics complemented with hyper-targeted digital in order to capture engagement, creating a full-funneled approach in the local market.

All tactics were hyper-locally targeted to reach those most likely to visit Livingston Community Health and become loyal patients. Tactics were multi-lingual in order to reach the diverse community Livingston Community Health serves. This approach allowed us to engage Livingston Community Health’s community with communication that meets patients where they are, in their primary language.

The Outcome

From 2019 to 2021, Livingston Community Health saw a remarkable 13.20% increase in new patients. Between September 2021 and January 2022 alone, digital results have shown:

  • Website traffic increased by 35%
  • Over 3M cross-channel impressions delivered
  • Over 87K combined reach on social media
  • 3.7K social media engagements
  • 7.6% CTR on Google Search campaign
